Uno Langmann Limited is a fully accredited appraiser of fine art (paintings and sculpture), antiques (furniture, clocks, silver, rugs, chandeliers, ceramics, porcelain, lighting) and objets d’art from the 17th century to the early 20th century. We specialize in international fine art (paintings and sculpture), antiques (furniture, clocks, silver, rugs, chandeliers, ceramics, porcelain, lighting), objets d’art from 17th century, 18th, 19th and into the early 20th century, and Canadian works until 1980. We purchase outright and also work on consignment and will discuss with you the best fit for all. + WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

Since 1977 Uno Langmann Limited Fine Art has been located at 2117 Granville Street, the first building on the South West corner of Granville Street Bridge, and is the first stop on South Granville’s Gallery Row. The front of the building can be approached by car only by driving South over the Granville Street Bridge.

Travelling South – head south over the Granville Street Bridge and we are the first building after the 5th Avenue bus loop and directly south of the bus stop. Meter parking is available directly out front until 3pm on weekdays or on 6th Avenue around the corner. Travelling North – heading north down Granville Street toward downtown and the Granville Street Bridge, cross Broadway then head down the hill and turn left (west) on 6th Avenue where you will find meter parking. Walk the block down Granville Street north toward the bridge to the gallery which is located in the last building.

A parking lot is available under the Terraces On 7th/Seymour Medical Clinic at 1530-1538 W 7th Avenue.

DO YOU OFFER RESTORATION SERVICES? Uno Langmann Limited has been restoring, cleaning and framing fine art for 50 years and our restoration department is trusted by both private collectors and public institutions. We specialize in restoring works of art to their original condition. We work both in house and with a range of qualified restorers depending on the specific piece and level of restoration needed. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Each item is unique and we require our restorers to examine each work before providing an estimate.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? As we expect the finest workmanship we give our restorers time to complete their work as needed. We will provide an estimate and check on the progress of the restoration and keep you updated.

Uno Langmann Limited has an extensive library of reference books and auction records. We are happy to help identify the artist and subsequently estimate the value of your items. If there is no signature, or the signature is illegible, we will provide you with an estimate of age and nationality of the artist.
